Enjoyed reading about your experience there behind the scenes! Traveling for user research is such a great opportunity - seeing people respond to a live demo is much more informative than a Figma prototype, esp if the product is personalized or heavy on content. Would love to see a deep dive on research or a case study in a future post.
I was just feeling a bit burnt out, but reading your experiences made me feel better. I'm starting to not just restrict my prototypes to Figma, but also experiment by vibe-coding them into TestFlight apps or small React apps. There's something much more satisfying about experiencing them in real apps versus Figma prototypes. Thank you for this!
